**These have only been tested on tack items such as saddles, headstalls, etc. These have not been tested on furniture, clothing or other thinner leathers**
Our leather conditioners are made with simple leather loving ingredients and lightly scented with a little fragrance oil to help make tack cleaning day a little more fun! These come solid but very quickly work into a creamy texture to absorb into your leather. In a 4oz metal container.
*ALWAYS TEST A SMALL SPOT ON A HARD TO SEE AREA BEFORE USE IN CASE OF DISCOLORATION* These may darken leather.
Not recommended for suede.
To Use: Clean leather prior to use. Apply conditioner to a rag or your hands and rub into the leather until absorbed. Buff once dry.
I don't recommend using these on areas that are painted as most painted leather has a sealant that won't allow conditioner to penetrate correctly and may cause weird splotches.
Please Note: These may melt under warm shipping conditions. These will come shrink wrapped in the summer months so they don't leak. Allow them to cool back to room temp prior to use.
Scent Profiles:
*Please note that all of these scents have a slight leathery undertone to them due to the ingredients used to make the conditioner*
-Cucumber Melon: Smells just like the name!
-Cherry Lemonade: Smells tart and sweet. The cherry will hit you first and then the lemonade
-Cowboy Cologne: This one smells very much like cologne to me. It's a blend of cedar, musk, lavender, mahogany, and geranium oak.
-Fruity Cereal: This one smells just like a certain loop shaped fruity cereal. You can even smell the cereal along with the fruity-ness.
-Cactus Blossom: This one is modeled after a very popular cactus scent with baja in the name. It's a mix of herbal greens, sparkling citrus, vanilla coconut, cactus flower, warm musk, and sandalwood. Very fresh and floral.
-Unscented: No added scent
Made from:
-Pure Neatsfoot Oil: This is simply one of the best oils when it comes to conditioning and rehydrating your leather since it's made from cows and closely matches the natural oils found in hides. Used by leatherworkers for 100s of years!
-Beeswax: Beeswax is a natural preservative and helps to repel water and sweat
-Carnauba Wax: This wax also helps to preserve and repel moisture
-Tallows: A wonderful conditioning ingredient since it so closely matches the natural oils that would be found in hides
-Olive oil: works very similar to the neatsfoot oil. We don't add a lot of this in though. Very minimal amount.
-Fragrance Oil: This is just the fun part that adds a little scent your leather goods for a bit!
Do not use if you're allergic to any of the ingredients.
