Shipping policy

-We do offer shipping to Canada, Mexico, New Zealand and Australia, however, you will need to contact us to order so we can go over the high shipping and import fees as well as length of time it may take to receive your order. 

-All items are in stock and will ship within 1-3 business days.

-We typically ship USPS on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. UPS shipments go out on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

-All shipping timeframes and delivery dates are estimated. They are not guaranteed. 

-We ship everything via USPS. Generally first class mail for smaller items and priority for anything over 16oz.We now offer UPS as an option as well. 

-You will receive tracking via e-mail as soon as your item(s) ships.

-Once an item ships out, we have no control over it. Please consider purchasing shipping insurance. Shipping insurance will not cover stolen packages once they've been marked as delivered. This is USPS's policy. Make sure your package is being delivered to a safe location.

-If paying through Paypal, we will ship to the address on Paypal and not any other address due to Paypal's policies. Make sure your address is correct and up to date.

-We will ship to the address provided. It is not our fault if the incorrect address was entered.
