Q: When will my item(s) ship?

A: Everything listed here is in stock so your item will ship within 1-3 business days. We usually ship Mon, Wed, Fri.

 

Q: Is everything made in the USA?

A: All leatherwork is done in the USA! To keep costs affordable, some of our hardware, hats, etc are made overseas. We try our best to source all materials from American based companies when possible.

 

Q: How do you ship? Do you ship internationally?

A: We ship via USPS first class or priority mail. All U.S. orders have FREE standard shipping! No minimum order! Yes we do ship internationally, however we are unable to offer free international shipping.

 

Q: Where are you located?

A: We are located just outside of Reno Nevada. All leatherwork is done in house and ships directly from our shop!

 

Q: Does your work have a warranty?

A: Yes! We offer a 5 year limited warranty. See the full extent of our warranty here:

 

Q: Do you offer refunds?

A: No we don't. All items are sold as is with no returns or exchanges unless the item arrives defective. Make sure you take the proper steps to measure for correct fit and decide that the color(s) will suite your needs prior to purchasing! If you have any questions about a specific item, please feel free to contact us.

A: Yes! We decided to re-brand our in stock items into Little Paint Leather and move them to a different site to offer more diverse payments options and streamline our shipping.
