Q: When will my item(s) ship?
A: Everything listed here is in stock (unless otherwise noted) so your item will ship within 1-3 business days. We usually ship Mon, Wed, Fri. If you order before 8 am pst on one of those days, your order will most likely go out same day.
Q: Is everything made in the USA?
A: All leatherwork is done in the USA! To keep costs affordable, some of our hardware, nylon/rope halters, hats, etc are made overseas. We try our best to source all materials from American based companies when possible.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We’re able to ship to most locations. Please keep in mind, International shipping is not free and can be very expensive. As of Fall 2021, we’ve have a lot of restrictions put in place by the US post office and cannot offer shipping to Australia or the UK for the time being. We still ship to other countries though. We do not control international shipping rates. We only charge what we’re charged to ship to your location. Yes, international rates are expensive.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located just outside of Reno Nevada. All leatherwork is done in house and ships directly from our shop!
Q: Does your work have a warranty?
A: Yes! We offer a 1 year limited warranty. See the full extent of our warranty here

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: No we don't. All items are sold as is with no returns or exchanges unless the item arrives defective. Make sure you take the proper steps to measure for correct fit and decide that the color(s) will suite your needs prior to purchasing!
